Professional Headshots & Leadership Portraits in New Jersey
Your headshot is often the first introduction people have to you. Before the meeting. Before the reply. Before the conversation even begins.
I work with business owners, company leaders, and non-profit executives across New Jersey who need portraits that feel confident, trustworthy, and human. Not stiff. Not overproduced. Just right for how you actually lead.
Sessions begin at $650 and are designed to create images that support real decisions and real opportunity.
Headshot Solutions for Leaders & Organizations
Executive & Leadership Portraits
For founders, executives, and senior professionals whose presence carries responsibility and influence. These sessions are intentionally guided to balance confidence, approachability, and clarity, so your portrait reflects how you lead, not a persona you’re trying to perform.
Business Owner & Founder Headshots
For entrepreneurs and principals whose face represents their business. Your portrait should communicate credibility, warmth, and direction in a single frame. We focus on posture, expression, and tone so the image feels natural, composed, and aligned with your goals.
Non-Profit & Organizational Leadership Portraits
For non-profit leaders and teams who need to establish trust, integrity, and connection. These sessions are designed to present leadership that feels grounded, capable, and mission-driven, without feeling corporate or impersonal.
A Guided, Intentional Process
Most people don’t need more photos. They need clarity.
Pre-Session Strategy
Before the camera comes out, we talk through where the images will live, who will see them, and what they need to communicate. The session is built around that purpose.
On-Set Direction
You don’t need to know how to pose or “act natural.” I guide you through expression, posture, and movement so nothing feels forced or awkward.
Refined Retouching
Clean, realistic retouching that removes distractions without changing who you are. The goal is polish and consistency, not perfection.
What My Clients Say About Their Experience
The best way to understand the impact of a portrait session is to hear directly from the people who’ve stepped in front of my camera. Each story reflects not just the final images, but the guided, collaborative experience that makes those images possible.

I chose Ramon because his portfolio shows a real talent for capturing Black clients in the best light. The whole experience was welcoming, collaborative, and seamless, it felt like working with a teammate. I loved experimenting with different looks and seeing the before-and-after setups come to life.
The final photos exceeded my expectations and gave me a strong selection for auditions. Ramon’s honest guidance and genuine character made the process easy and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and know exactly where I’ll go when it’s time for new photos.

Working with Ramon was definitely amazing! From the start, his warm and welcoming studio made me feel at home and comfortable enough to really open up. He has a natural way of working that drew me to his portfolio in the first place, and seeing his personality shine through on Instagram made me even more excited to collaborate.
My favorite part was our second session, where Ramon gave me the freedom to truly be myself. That space to create made the experience even more powerful. The final photos reflect that, minimal edits, natural, and authentically me. They gave me so much confidence to show my true self.
If you’re looking to add real, natural images to your portfolio, I can’t recommend Ramon enough. He doesn’t just capture your beauty, he helps you feel confident and comfortable in it. I’ve truly enjoyed working with him and can’t wait for future sessions.
