Every personal event engagement includes one photographer, a pre-event planning call, a curated collection of professionally edited high-resolution photographs, a private gallery, and delivery within 7 business days.
Focused Event Coverage
$700 - Up to 2 continuous hours
For an intimate gathering or the most important portion of a larger event.
Event Story Coverage
$1,200 - Up to 4 continuous hours
For events that need room for arrivals, atmosphere, key interactions, and the central occasion to become a coherent story.
Includes all Focused Event Coverage deliverables.
Extended Event Story
$1,700 - Up to 6 continuous hours
For a fuller record of the event, including the transitions and quieter exchanges that give the day its shape.

Coverage notes
Additional coverage is $300 per hour when scheduled in advance. Unplanned overtime is $175 per half hour, subject to availability.

Corporate coverage is planned around what the images need to communicate afterward: leadership, participation, culture, credibility, and the substance of the occasion. Speakers, stakeholders, branded details, candid interactions, and requested group photographs are covered as one coherent visual record and not a collection of disconnected files.

Corporate Event Essential
$1,100 - Up to 2 continuous hours
For a focused program, reception, announcement, or leadership gathering with clear communication priorities.
Corporate Event Half Day
$1,850 - Up to 4 continuous hours
For conferences, panels, stakeholder programs, and branded gatherings that require broader narrative coverage.
Includes all Corporate Event Essential deliverables, plus up to 15 priority images delivered within 48 hours.
Corporate Event Extended
$2,600 - Up to 6 continuous hours
For multi-part programs that need a considered visual record across speakers, attendees, environments, and key transitions.
Includes all Corporate Event Half Day deliverables.

Additional coverage is $425 per hour when scheduled in advance. Unplanned overtime is $240 per half hour, subject to availability.
Organizational usage
Standard organizational usage includes the commissioning organization's owned website, organic social channels, internal communications, press releases, and annual reports. Paid advertising, third-party licensing, resale, unrestricted buyouts, work-for-hire terms, and copyright transfer require a separate written quote.
