I bring a fully lit portrait studio into your event and guide each guest through a short, focused session. It is more personal than a photo booth and more consistent than roaming coverage, with each portrait edited as the event unfolds.

How It Works
1. We plan the experience around your event. Before the event, we confirm the space, timing, guest flow, backdrop needs, and the kind of finished gallery you want to create.
2. I build the portrait space at the venue. I bring the lighting, equipment, and direction needed for a consistent studio experience in the room.
3. Guests receive focused direction. Each guest gets a brief session with clear guidance, not a rushed stop in front of a backdrop.
4. The final collection stays connected to the occasion. The gallery reflects the event while still giving each person a portrait worth keeping.
What an Event Organizer Plans With Me
We begin with the event’s purpose, guest mix, venue, timing, and the role the portraits should play. That may include a guest experience, a fundraising moment, leadership visibility, sponsor relationships, post-event communications, or a stronger visual record of who was in the room.
Then we plan the studio location, available space, access for setup and breakdown, the ideal guest flow, and how the portrait experience should feel. Event coverage and an On-Site Portrait Studio can work together, but they do different jobs: event photography documents the event as it unfolds; the studio creates directed portraits within it.
